Crash landed on a mysterious alien planet, our group finds themselves faced with the fact that the planet is populated by a race of mutated sentient vegetables with psychic powers. One man in particular hears the call of the creatures rather clearly.
A plan is hatched, but a massive fight with the creatures ensues while trying to escape the planet. They seem to be winning the battle, but the lone man can't shake the call of the distant mother beet. He begins to succumb to its desires and, while thinking he is fighting off more monsters, actually turns on his companions. In his mind, he is already on vacation in a lush and tropical paradise, in reality, all is lost for the group.
