  • I really liked this one.  My interest was really peaked quite a bit when the flute came in.  Your tracker skills are very mature.  I'm very glad you decided to start releasing here on buzztunes.  I really wish the song had been a little longer and had just a little bit more of the flute.  One of my favorites so far.
  • I agree with Xaphoid. A skilled track and very "speaking" melodies.
If only I could take a glance at the .skm source Very curious...
  • Thanks to you both, i'am realy happy to participate on this nice place !
Shytan I will send you the info of the source tomorrow so you can check it out
The flute is a seperate sample for each note... some soundscapes have been used aswell but as for the melodies there 100% own tracked

    Respects, Synthi !
  • Snthirius I figured the flute was all tracked.  I could barely tel though because it was so nicely done.
  • Its all tracked mate but with tracking a single sample goes faster or slower and you can hear that on  the vibrations in the sample of the flute (pitching) so that's why i used a sample for each note with the flute... a lot of work but the results are good...
  • yep you sure can.  Sounded very realistic.  I don't mind using one sample as long as the octave range isn't all that huge.  I've used one hit samples of singing voices for vox pads but with reverb and chorus to smooth it out.  For a realistic Flute sound I think what you did is ideal.
